At the start of every contract, the deposit is recorded as a liability on your balance sheet (not as revenue). If there's damage, you deduct it with a transparent log, and when the contract ends, the remainder is refunded to the customer with an automatic entry.

Yes. Every asset (car, apartment, hall, or equipment) has its own file: cost, revenue, occupancy rate, maintenance expenses, and net profit. You can make a clear decision about which assets to keep or sell.

How do I get alerts before contracts expire?
