What can you add to the header?
- Company logo with full control over size and position
- Establishment name, address, and contact details (phone, email, website)
- Document title in an official format such as “Tax Invoice”, “Credit Note”, or “Quotation”
- Free text fields for the Tax Identification Number, Commercial Registration Number, or any regulatory data you need displayed on every page
What can you add to the footer?
- Legal notices or condensed terms and conditions to appear with every document
- Banking details (bank name, account number, IBAN) to facilitate payment collection
- Any other custom content suited to the document type
- Option to add a visual divider between the footer and the document body for clear visual separation
Full layout flexibility
- Every element can be aligned left, right, or center independently
- Settings apply per document type: a different header for a tax invoice than for a quotation, for example
- The header and footer appear on all pages of the document without overlapping the content
- Live preview before saving the template so you can confirm the final look
