To improve the user experience and ensure compliance with ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) requirements, the mechanism for entering the government customer additional identifier in Qoyod has been improved, triggered when an alert requests that data be completed.
What does this mean?
- A clear section for entering the additional customer identifier appears inside the same alert window
- A dropdown list containing only the permitted ID types
- Enter the identifier value directly without leaving the page
