Starting with this release, PDFs generated by Qoyod for invoices and refund credit notes automatically include the tax XML file as an embedded attachment, compliant with the PDF/A-3 standard, so you no longer need to download both files separately. This update applies to:
- PDF download for sales invoices
- PDF download for credit notes
- Email delivery
Who benefits?
B2B customers with Phase 2 e-invoicing enabled now receive a single file instead of two when downloading or sending. Accountants and account managers benefit from simpler archiving and less time spent managing files.
What has not changed?
The invoice layout and visual content remain exactly as before. The download and send steps are unchanged, with no new buttons or extra steps. The “Download XML” button is still available for anyone who needs to download the XML file separately. There are no changes to the XML content or to how it is submitted to ZATCA.
