Qoyod has added a new feature for automatic duplicate-checking of customer data when adding a customer while creating a commercial document (sales invoice or quote).
What’s new?
When creating a new customer, the system automatically checks for duplicates across:
- Customer name
- Business name
- Tax number
If any of these details match an existing customer, an immediate warning message is displayed.
