To support compliance with ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) requirements, Qoyod has added a smart alert when issuing invoices or credit notes to government entities in Saudi Arabia.
When does the alert appear?
When creating a sales invoice or credit note where:
- Buyer type = Government entity
- Country = Saudi Arabia
- No additional customer identifier has been entered
Alert message
Invoices directed to government entities (B2G) require at least one identifier, such as a municipality license number, to ensure ZATCA compliance. Do you want to continue?
Available options

- Cancel: return to complete the data
Why we added this alert
- Reduce the risk of invoices reaching ZATCA with compliance warnings
