What's the difference between Strategic Partnership and the Affiliate Program?

The Partner Program is open to individuals, accounting firms, and marketing agencies on a monthly commission model. Strategic Partnership is designed for large institutions (banks, government entities, accelerators, chambers of commerce) with a technical integration and custom pricing model.

Can you deliver Qoyod under our partner's brand (White-label)?

Yes. We offer a White-label option for strategic partners who need to deliver Qoyod within their own platform under their visual identity, including colors, logo, subdomain, and administrative permissions. Subject to a dedicated partnership agreement.

Is API integration free or paid?

For strategic partners, API integration is included in the partnership agreement at no additional cost. Our technical team supports your engineering team throughout the integration phase, with complete documentation and a ready sandbox environment.

Which KPIs are available to track partnership performance?

A dedicated partner dashboard shows: number of referred customers, adoption rate, generated revenue, retention rate, customer satisfaction, and product usage metrics, all in real time via API or web interface.

Do you offer custom pricing for our partnership's customers?

Yes. Within the strategic partnership agreement, we define a custom pricing model for program customers (direct discount, extended free trial, custom plans, and more), based on the nature and scale of the partnership.

How long does the partnership launch process take end-to-end?

On average, 8 to 12 weeks from the first conversation to official launch, covering design, technical integration, team training, and testing. For simpler partnerships (without API integration), launch is possible within 4 to 6 weeks.
